So I've ended up with some duplicates of Scooby Doo dvds and Ghostbusters merch. I also have some steampunk jewelry stuff that I'm not gonna use. Would any of y'all be interested in a multifandom giveaway? Otherwise I'll throw them on ebay and hope they sell.
Kay, so. Around the holidays, Patty brings the team to her family's festivities because, well, Erin and Abby's families are back in Michigan and Holtz has just got Dr. Gorin (who isn't big on celebrations). There's always lots of food and everyone generally has a good time. All the kids love it when Aunt Patty's friends come over because the Ghostbusters are sooooo cool! (They especially like Holtzmann because she'll run around with them and play games).
So I never noticed before, but Abby's eyes change when she's posessed by Rowan. They turn green but it's mega subtle. Didn't catch if it happens with Kevin, too. Also, I didn't notice the transformation of Times Square before the battle. I knew it changed but I never saw the moment they changed until now.
I wonder if I could persuade the Ghostbusters to reopen the portal and toss me in and pull me back out so I don’t have to bleach my hair anymore....

Ok Folks, listen up. The electoral college doesn’t vote officially until December 19th. It is extremely rare and almost unheard of for them to vote against the majority of their district BUT IT CAN HAPPEN. The Electoral College was made for exactly this purpose! Remember, prior to December 19th, we have:
Court Case against Trump University Court Case Against Trump for accusations for rape and sexual assault If we pull together, we can swing this. We will have to be tireless. We will have to be unyielding. We will have to write, call, and march on every swing state that can have their electoral vote differently. We have to make our voices heard. Hillary WON the popular vote which means more of America wants her to be President than Trump. There is precedence for this to happen. There is cause. There is hope. With no state law against Pennsylvania voting against their popular vote, that’s 20 to go to Hillary. If Florida or any three other states swing, SHE WINS.
If we get them to vote different, we don’t have to worry about Trump or Pence because Hillary will have won. Until she hands over the nomination, she is still saying she is waiting for the official electoral votes to be made.
We can do this. We can win. LET’S SPREAD THIS LIKE WILD FIRE ON HERE AND FACEBOOK!

Find out the swing vote state’s Electoral College Representatives and phone, mail, email, share, and march on their offices. We have just over a month to get this together. If the Electoral College decides to change their votes for Hillary on December 19th, we will have Hillary as our President. The reason why so many people aren’t talking about this is because it’s very rare for the Electoral College to vote differently than the districts. Some states even have laws preventing that, such as Ohio and North Carolina. But, Pennsylvania does NOT have that law. Florida is tricky, but it can be done. NH is also another one that can swing it as well. If we get just a few of them to switch, we will have won.

Enough people will be talking about the low turnout as a bad thing (and it’s absolutely disgusting for many reasons) but I want to point out what a good thing it is in one specific way. So, so many people are utterly shattered that “half the country hates them.” Some people are literally killing themselves over that belief.
No. This is proof it does not.
Only a quarter of the country voted for Trump. On its own, that’s enough to drop the fear by half. Then Remember, over 2/3 of Trump’s supporters WHO ACTUALLY SHOWED UP TO VOTE FOR HIM said they do not like or agree with him, they just hate the system/Hillary more and want to drop him on it like a nuke.
Half the country does not actively hate you.
Approximately 8% does.
That’s 8% too many, that’s a loud and powerful 8% surrounded by a fuckton of apathy, and yes, apathy in the presence of hate is a form of oppression. Yes, that apathy is a terrible thing, and yes, we need to fight it. Yes, the person who sees someone trying to kill or harm you and shrugs their shoulders is morally indicted almost as harshly.
But goddamn is there a difference between “half this country violently, actively hates me” and “about 8%.”
This is a good reality check. We’re still in for four years of hell and of fighting like hell, but this matters. Thank you.
