moonlight sonata was something i made for class, but it was essentially an exploration of a story beat with a couple of characters! lunyx (the light haired one) is the main character of my "celestial bodies" story (still mostly in development) and he is the embodiment of the moon and the moon prince of the celestial court (which has members that correspond with each planet in our solar system)!

lunyx is a fun case because how the title is passed down is essentially the reigning planet dies, and their symbol is passed along to the next newborn child that is born. lunyx.... was not that!

lunyx was found on a space pirate ship and rescued by the royals that correspond with the sun, the earth, and mercury :] they have no idea why he's like that or why he has the crest, but he obviously does, and so he's put into the care of the moon's familiar and is regularly checked up on by varying members of the court until he can feel better!

ilya is. uh. well, long story short: ilya is the original owner of the body before lunyx came into the picture! he is a gifted void mage that was tricked and used in an experiment, and his consciousness got pushed to the back and left to be an observer while lunyx formed and became the primary consciousness.

the two can only really communicate in dreams and ilya gives lunyx some passing advice sometimes, but ilya can't properly take over the body and is kind of stuck as an observer (much to his irritation and dismay)

there's so much more that i could go into but its a LOT so... yeah ilya and lunyx are really good and i love them a lot haha

okay, so full transparency here: i work on that picrew in chunks. i'll do a really big chunk and upload a set onto the picrew site to test it out until i hit a roadbump (or i just get tired) and then i take a break and do something else for a while.

there's a lot more options in this one as i'm making it, but my computer that im doing the majority of the work on is slow and that act of saving every individual piece takes a while.

i havent abandoned it!! it's just taking a lot more time than initially intended

I love the Owl House!! I'm all caught up so far and feel some very genuine fear about how the kids are gonna be doing, but it's full of likeable characters and I love the storyline and ahdjahdjsh it's just a really good time

It has been on my "I need to watch" list for MONTHS, it looks so good

It's probably because they have similar color schemes and I'm very open about the fact that I Am Also Aromantic haha
