In TVLine's latest edition of Inside Line, a fan inquired whether or not Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak's daughter will make another appearance in The Flash season 8... While Wallace shot down the idea for any further season 8 appearances, The Flash boss made it clear that he hopes to bring Mia back:

“Not this year, but I do hope to have her back in Season 9.”

Mia and the Canaries are all still alive and well in the Arrowverse, though Mia still has unfinished business as she scours the world for the kidnapped William. Given how personal the mission is, Mia was always better suited to go about this particular search for her brother alone while finding her own way as the Arrowverse's new Green Arrow. The Arrowverse programming lineup has decreased considerably since the Crisis, and with Arrow, Black Lightning and Supergirl having come to an end, a Mia-centric spinoff could bring this shared television universe back to its roots.

Arrow‘s Mia also figures into the action… even though in The Flash‘s timeline, she won’t be her grown-up self for another 19 years or so, right?

“Well, technically yes, but who knows!” showrunner Eric Wallace told TVLine when we asked about Mia’s presence. “We are dealing with speedsters” who can travel through time, he allowed.
