6.15.16 - self portrait Sometimes I get so used to drawings that photographs start to scare me. They’re too real at first, and sharp and sudden and uncomfortably definite. They leave no room to erase the stray lines or correct the blurred bits. It’s out of my control. Still, there can also be relief in that.
