“I always know where I am by the way that the road looks. Like I just know that I’ve been here before. I just know that I’ve been stuck here, like this one fucking time before, you know that? Yeah. There’s not another road anywhere that looks like this road - I mean, exactly like this road. It’s one kind of place. One of a kind…like someone’s face…like a fucked up face.”

”Girls”, Portraits by Luo Yang
In her series Girls, Beijing-based photographer Luo Yang reveals a side to contemporary China that is rarely seen in the West. Defying stereotypes, Yang’s subjects depict bold, self-aware Chinese women of an emerging generation instead of appearing simply timid and shy.

Can you appreciate that this is an animated drawing of someone drawing and it’s fucking perfect.
Shimma Marie for Yen Magazine by Natalie McKain
Switzerland-based artist Gavin Worth was born in Zimbabwe, Africa and grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico. After graduating with a degree in Acting and working as an actor and a musician, he became a world known self-taught artist, working with a number of famous clients like Lexus, Tiffany & Co and Ralph Lauren.
Worth’s stunning wire sculptures are definitely the best thing you’ll see today: the artist works with repurposed steel rods and wire and transforms them into two dimensional sculptures that appear as illustrated line drawings. Some of his artworks are meant to be viewed through projected light and the shadows it creates, while others offer a different story based on the weather changes. Source: art-sheep
House in Chiharada / Studio Velocity
A poster I made for my graduating class’ exhibition! They’ve reformatted the program since we started, so we’re officially the last Digital Imaging and Studio Arts cohort of our school.
