30,000 LEDs Turn Budapest’s Trams into Time Machines

Its common for cities to turn on the festive lights during the holiday season, and the Hungarian capital of Budapest is no exception. Every winter the city gets covered in festive lights and decorations, but the most amazing spectacle is the city’s trams.

They are covered in 30,000 bright blinking LED lights. The coolest part of this, is when photographers take slightly longer exposure photographs. The end result is these amazing photos that appear as if the trams are time travelling machines from another dimension.
