"A medicine cat has no time for doubt. Put your energy into today and stop worrying about the past. You have a duty to your Clan. Stop dithering and get on with it!"
So! You thought you could get away with saying harmful shit over the internet? Not while ol' Yellowfang's still kicking! Seriously though, dumb shit aside, this here's a little blog made to deal with as much garbage people on either end of the spectrum spew as possible and to hopefully promote real equality! Oh, and cats. Can't forget the cats.

a happy couple might’ve gotten married today

someone might’ve kissed their best friend and realized they are gay today

someone might’ve found out they were officially cancer free today

someone might’ve finally finished their debut novel today

lots of interesting things might’ve happening today

we should celebrate

you’re the kind of person everyone needs in their lives

we need more positivity on this hellsite

Please please please stop trivialising rape. We do not live in a rape culture. It is disrespectful and harmful to people who have actually been raped to dilute their trauma so that you can feel like a victim too.

Friendly reminder

If you have to use “microaggressions” as proof of you being “oppressed”, then you are not oppressed.

Your blog seems to have a good, consistent theme about not treating people as collectives, but rather as individuals. Why doesn't that logic extend to BLM? Don't get me wrong, I disagree with a lot people have done in the name of BLM, but isn't it hypocritical to judge the whole group based on the actions of a vocal minority?

OK tumblr bugged out and I never got notified on this, I have NO idea how long this has been in my inbox so, uh, thanks for being patient, ‘non!

I really like what you’re getting at to be honest with you, but I just can’t bring myself to see the movement as a whole in a positive light. While the basic theory behind them is sound because yes, black (and in fact all) lives do in fact matter, the movement itself has centered itself almost entirely on violence against police officers as making things about themselves when it shouldn’t be, like when a group of BLM supporters took over a gay pride parade for one example.

I’ll give any individual person the benefit of the doubt any day of the week, don’t get me wrong, but considering the overall largest voices of the movement I can’t bring myself to find much good in it.

I’ve seen a lot of straw man propaganda and delusions but this takes the cake

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it a million more times. This format

Speaker 1: Blah blah blah
Speaker 2: BLAH BLAH BLAH!!11!

Is a canned argument. It and all forms like this not used for humor are pathetic in that they show the creator to be unable and unwilling to engage in discourse with an actual person, so they type up a made up argument from - and I get tired of using/hearing this phrase too - a straw man.

Anyone who creates these for any “serious” topic are the same kind of people who create Sims of the people that bullied them 20 years ago in high school so they can treat them bad.
