A little something to add as we get closer to the holidays!

I see a lot of replies on this post asking "Why not just be kind to everyone. Why do you have to single out these few jobs, jeez"

Well for one thing, being kind to everyone should already be a given. But that doesn't happen in most cases, especially toward people in these working positions. These designs also apply as a way of saying that I see you and your position and I acknowledge you specifically, not just under a generalization (i.e. everyone who's ever had someone be exhaustively rude to them in their place of work). Sex workers, social workers, nurses, etc.? I see you too, I just have yet to make specific designs (I've been in an art rut lately). I know the post says "full post of designs" but that's just me saying I got tired of drawing for the time being. There's always room for more.

Pretty much everyone has worked at least one of these jobs. For example, I've worked food and retail and I plan to be a teacher in the future. It's about visibility, and how each position is honorable in the sense that our society would not function nearly the same without these (and all above mentioned) positions. This is me saying that if you feel underappreciated in your position this holiday season and throughout, we see you and we appreciate you. We've all been there.

IIIIIIT’S COMMISSION TIME LADIES AND GENTS

SKETCH: $10 Need me to draw a character of yours? This is the perfect option if you’re low on cash but would like to see my take on your OC, your face, your dog, your foot, your anything! I am not limited to cartoons: this option can get you a portrait sketch as well! LINE DRAWING: $20 The next step up from a sketch, this option can get you lined, achromatic/monochromatic works that you can color in or just keep for kicks! Colored lines are an option. PIXEL DRAWING: $30 In this tier, I can draw your character in my style using the binary tool! This is my personal favorite way of drawing, so if you want a cute picture of your character for an affordable price, I’m your gal, and this is your pick. PIXEL DRAWING WITH MULTIPLE CHARACTERS (LIMIT 3): $50 For only an additional $20, add on not just one, but even two characters to the mix! OUTLINED AND COLORED DRAWING (UP TO 2 CHARACTERS): $60 I can get in waaay more detail in this option, so if you’ve got a character that you’d like me to flesh out a bunch of details for, this is the option for you. If you would like this option but don’t want to have to spend all the money for a full-bodied version, I can draw your character waist-up for $10 less. PIXEL DRAWING WITH HIGH DETAIL: $70 Whether you want your character to have a big, super-detailed weapon, lots of shiny jewelry, or just details in general, this option is a bit pricy, but can be negotiated over email (only if the topic of perspective is discussed).
