Hi again! Welcome back!
For Land of the Lustrous, tho initially I did moved on, I later did followed up with the manga right up to it's end, just because some of the HNK blogs that I followed came back to life and started freaking out over the chapters.
For lack of a better comparison, it felt like I was Frodo seeing Bilbo off to the Undying Lands. A little "goodbye old friend" moment. (Tho for reals the ending was batshit insane, HNK truly was one of the most series of all time.)
Good riddance for RWBY tho that series was shit from the beginning; I said, you know, like a liar. It felt like pulling the plug of the grand aunt you were fond of ages ago but time hasn't been kind to her mind so she thinks aliens are piloting her all the way from Switzerland(to be fair they were, but she didn't need to be so mean about it). You hear the news of them shutting her down, you gathered there with the rest of the family, and you watch the light in her eyes slowly fade away after you signed the waiver and yanked the cable.
All that's left is the fond memory of her feeding your juniper berries on the patio during the warm Ecuadorian summer.
I mean yea I do kinda wish RWBY was still around, but I know the community is, so I'm not too concerned. Sometimes someone commissions me on their RWBY OCs and I go "yeaa, those were fun times".
Now I'm just exploring other medias, dipping into communities here and there.
