In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America attempts to choke Ultron. This is because he is from the 1930s and doesn’t understand what a robot is.
“Sometimes there isn’t a way out, Tony.”
Can we talk about this for a second?
The fact that Loki killed a man he didn’t know, but was vital to the team? The fact that Steve is treating the loss as if it’s just another casualty in a war? How he’s so fucked up that he’s not seeing any emotions, or at least dealing with them? How Tony Stark is the one treating Coulson as a fucking person, a real human being, and not just an agent? How fucking broken he looks in this frame? Because Coulson was an agent, a colleague, but most importantly a friend, at least in some aspect? How fUCKING heartless Steve looks here? And the fact that Steve saying this puts more fire in Tony’s belly than anything else in this entire movie??
Tony fucking Stark has more heart than anyone else and I won’t stand for it otherwise.
