I read a lot about how upset people were when the Doctor lied to Clara about never sending her away again. Maybe I missed the hoopla about this one because I wasn't on tumblr at the time but I think this lie to Amy is the worst one. The Doctor was sent back by the Weeping Angels with Martha to the same time in Blink. He knows it's possible but chooses to lie because he's a selfish prat. It makes me so angry that he would keep his so called best friend from the man she loves. This is also probably the only time I ever liked River. 

I miss when Doctor Who could break my heart with a single tear.

Less is more Eleven. This made me feel nothing.

I always loved how 9 showed so much emotion with just his eyes. When he thinks Rose is dead, he doesn’t scream or cry but you can see and feel his hearts break. While 11 can turn into a blubbering mess and I feel nothing.
