Snaking through the sky
This panoramic photograph of the Milky Way was taken in Serpentine National Park. The falls are formed where water tumbles over the Darling Scarp, a major fault near the coast in Western Australia that separates ancient, Precambrian aged crust from younger rocks in the Perth Basin to the west.

Riding on the BACK of a motorbike through Laos was absolutely terrifying. Turns out, I’m an incorrigible backseat driver. But once I relaxed, it was the coolest way to take in the countryside! Esta fue mi vista al amanecer hoy, domingo 8 de septiembre, 2019. Mientras grababa el timelapse me preparé un té y me senté a admirar este espectáculo. La mañana estaba extremadamente clara y el volcán Popocatépetl parecía estar a unos metros de mi. No recuerdo haber vivido un amanecer más bonito que este; los colores del cielo, los del volcán y sus constantes exhalaciones crearon un momento fascinante. .

Rare footage of the most endangered whale on earth, the North American right whale. I captured this yesterday in the middle of Pacific Ocean, and can’t believe the rainbow created by its spout. These whales were almost whaled to extinction in the 19th century. In the mid 20th century illegal whaling kept the numbers down despite many efforts to resuscitate the population. Having seen a number of whales on our trip so far, I’ve noticed that most whales dive deep upon first sight of our boat. Whereas this whale, the right whale, hovered around the surface and near the boat for hours. We think that’s why they are endangered, and apparently is even where the name came from. Essentially they were the easiest targets in the whaling frenzy of a bygone era. A friend of mine sent me a note that @nrdc_org has launched a global campaign to save these magical creatures. Let us know if you want photos or footage, we’ve got a bunch now! Pretty stoked we were able to spend a few hours with this guy yesterday.

Here is a little video about a family roadtrip in Italy in 2019. We visited Venice, Sirmione, La Spezia, San Gimignano, San Quirico d'Orcia and Roma. This fantastic trip let me experiment many kind of photography as timelapses, aerial shots and sliding plans.
