Welcome to one of my favorite hikes in Chile, Laguna Cerró castillo. It was a spectacular day hike in the northern Patagonia region of Cerro Castillo. The whole area is quite remote and we had this whole hike only to ourselves.
P.S: You can see my brother @salmansabir1559 uttering random words which makes no sense.
20 mile round-trip hike to Reflection Canyon, in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Utah.
Climbing the second highest peak in Washington (Mount Adams) this past weekend.
Aerial and hiking exploration of Montana...trying to figure out what rock unit everything is just from the video is not an easy task.

"First Came The Light documents a month of summer shenanigans among friends in northwest Montana. Fatigued from quarantined city life, we set out for Big Sky Country from San Francisco with intentions to connect with nature, release building tensions, and experience the wild backcountry of Glacier National Park. From the onset, a simple intention with this film was clear: keep a Super 8 camera in-hand at all times and pull the trigger when noteworthy moments inevitably occur. And have fun. Honest and candid, no frills."

"Before my wife went to medical school, we wanted to have one last spontaneous trip. It was my first time going to Colorado, and we only had about four days to see all that we possibly could. We didn't plan on filming any video, let alone make a traveling video like this. In fact, we didn't even film for most of our hikes out. On the last day, we decided to film a bit more. While 90% of this is from our last day of hiking for 14 miles through Rocky Mountain National Park, there are a few other shots snuck in from camping in the Blue Lakes in Telluride. The film is simply meant to document our trip, and share some of the beauty we had the privilege of witnessing."
The "Route of Parks" project connects 17 national parks on a set of remote hiking trails through some of the most amazing landscapes on Earth, from the northern tip of Chile to the south.
Solo camping trip in the Canadian Rockies. Days of total quiet, crackling fires, and sweeping hills. Saw no one, spoke to no one, sat with my quiet and made peace with the things that have been happening over the past several months. Mostly, I just climbed and climbed. With the border closure I’ve been unable to fly home to Minnesota, so I’ve been making-do in Canada in the meantime. My grandmother passed in April; we weren’t able to hold a funeral or to witness her burial, but I hope I can say good bye properly someday when it’s safe. In the meantime, the woods will just have to tide me over.
View of Lake Louise after an arduous trek to the top of the Beehive circuit.
A hike up to the summit of Mt. Whitney, California, surrounded by the granites and metamorphic rocks of the Sierra Nevada batholith. Some smoky sunsets in there as well from the current wildfires.

Original caption: "In celebration of his 50th birthday and 50th ascent of Half Dome, Griff Joyce recruited 50 friends to hike Half Dome, catch sunset, and descend at night. After seeing Kurt Lawson's and my previous photos of Half Dome at night, Griff reached out to us to document his celebration. Kurt photographed it from Mt. Watkins, Matthew Saville photographed it from Cascade Cliffs (near Starr King), and I photographed it from Clouds Rest. Together, we carried 12 cameras and 19 lenses into the wilderness. This video shows the results of the effort."
