This was HARD to write because I didn’t want to bring more pain over Ken Baechijouji and ended up turning into a very angsty Takeru and... well, here it is. This is post-Tri, like maybe a few weeks? Everyone is still stressed and.. well, something explodes. Side mentions of Takari (kind of) and BFF!YamatoxTaichi (Apparently I couldn't leave them out).

Takeru/Ken 9. Think my moral compass is on a vacation
“What are you doing here? Did you lose the bet?”
Ken walked silently. He stared to the blond with a blank face. He knew he would find Takeru in the rooftop; For some reason, it meant so much for everyone that it was almost laughable to think that he could hide there.
Yet, there he was. Only him.
Takeru was sitting in the farthest corner, with his arms wrapped around himself and his head buried between his knees. Ken could still hear a soft sob, probably from the cries he heard; his eyes were red and his chest still trembled. He softened his expression and offered a hand to the blond while giving him a warm smile.
" I didn’t lose any bet. I came here because I wanted to. I just wanted to see if you’re okay.”
