I just resolved my case on wednesday at East la Courthouse cuz my case was being tossed around by te fucking shit bag defenders office, I took a plea bargain from the shitty attorney. I got 2 yrs prob for not even chalking at chalkwalk 7/12/12
FUCK THEM for targeting you sorry comrade about the court process. :/ they keep fucking escalating situations and then fabricating charges to get people caught up in court and/or the jails! Police incited a riot last year at Chalkwalk an outreach event to notify the downtown art walk community about how we had been targeted for chalking and more importantly- occupying against gentrification and exposing the agenda of the lobbyists. They incited a 'riot' to justify their deployment of rubber bullets against the crowd, and in my opinion, to turn the small business community against our resistance.
