If you have varying degrees of privilege others might not have, if you benefit from the system's disorder, it's hierarchy, it's patriarchy and domination by aggression, if you are an AmerikAN, if you fancy yourself as someone who cares about the world the only thing you can do is work to subvert.. they will call you traitor. but really it is THEIR values, their war and murder and pain, that betray all of us.
stand in solidarity with the fight against oppression the world over, if you live in the heart of this empire... EXPOSE and DERAIL it. throughout the conquest of lands, the displacement of people... for all of time the struggle of the humyn spirit against domination has throbbed. I know it sounds crazy, but the planet needs you to rise up! we need each other to rise the fuck up. it's like. everything you have been told is a lie. and it's all coming to a head. and humyn beings as a species need to check their shit and stop treating the entire planet like it exists to feed their selfish consumer desires, like, wake the fuck up you think this dream of waste and war is in any way justifiable?
Disengage. yeah it's fucking hard, but at least begin to look at ways to engage community and transition away from depending on capital or money in your immediate life, build support networks to do so. Then project that energy outwards to delegitimize the apparatuses of the state.
With rulers, government and hierarchy there has always been dictators and bloodthirsty war criminals running shit, always an undercurrent of fascism, networks of political manipulators, factions, coercion, corruption- inherent and understood. but fuck this shit being cyclical- a period of overt fascism is approaching us rapidly. and we are all complicit, so take whatever place you have in society, whatever conversations you have, peer groups you dialogue with and maybe talk about some fucking shit that matters. maybe agitate.
these assholes are underestimating us. we're underestimating each other. because we're all stuck in the fuckvoid vaccuum of our lives, alienated by capitalism, depressed by authority, clones and shockwaves formerly known as humyn interactions relearning interpersonal revolt. psyched out by the mythos of the left.. they thought they could continue the advertising they started in the fifties by creating consumer politics, politics of fear, fearmongering, terror, propaganda of war and false settler morality. branding people insurgents, enemy combatants, terrorists, stealing people, displacing people from their homes, creating terror watch lists inflicting terror and torture, usurping governments just to protect and project geopolitical power.
They watched the numbers as people capitulated- fear, default to authority, national security, and slowly the anti war left dissolved into compliance and apologism. Into the narrative of safety, protection, patriotism and neoliberalism. I grew up listening to the indoctrination and feeling such internal outrage, such disgust at the polarization, the fearmongering, the manipulation! We were children as politics dipped the world into madness once more.
The US has social unrest within its borders and mass potential for chaotic change at both of its borders- Canada and Mexico. There are pockets of agitated groups spread throughout this country and the fight for political autonomy against statism is growing rapidly. And we are no longer children.
