I kinda wanna post a8out something i posted a8out a while 8ack 8ecause i think i can word it 8etter this time

While an individual has the right to refer to their ids any way they wish, i do not like the way the general radqueer community considers any transitioned trans id a "cis id"

While some methods of transition can result in one being cis (for example: if a trans amputee gets an amputation, they become a cis amputee), not all of them do (for example: if a trace individual socially transitions to present as their race, this does not make them cis race)

This is not inherently invalidating of anyone's identity. Referring to a trans man as trans does not invalidate their identity as a man, and i feel we should think of other trans ids the same way. Your identity is your identity regardless of whether it is cis or trans

I 8elieve that the current status quo of transitioned ids often being referred to as cis ids (when they are not) perpetuates the dysphoria and invalidation some feel when their identity is acknowledged as trans rather than cis. We put cis ids on a pedestal, there8y treating trans as the inferior and less valid w8y to 8e. We need to get rid of the notion that trans ids are any less real or valid than cis ids and 8ecome more comforta8le calling ourselves trans

Take pride in your trans identity. A trans man is a man, as a trans amputee is an amputee, as trans asian individual is asian. I don't say this as a responsi8ility for trans individuals who struggle with dysphoria to such a great extent that they must refer to their identities as cis to alleviate it. This is not their 8attle to overcome. Rather, we as a community should perpetuate positivity and validity for trans ids on the s8me level as cis ids, just as the transgender community has done with gender, so that we can cre8 a more comforta8le sp8ce for those struggling to eventually come out of their shell and acknowledge th8y are trans without discomfort

every single anti-transid argument is either rooted from anti-transgender arguments or misinformation btw

"trace is racist because trace beings will never have the experiences of the race they want to be!"

terfs say things like this about trans women, which already makes it a bad argument. people saying this also almost always assume that all trace people are physically white which... isn't true

"transid is a bad term because it's copying transgender!"

transgender is not the only word with the prefix "trans". there's transfusion, transformation, transplant, transparent, et cetera et cetera. "trans" as a prefix just means "to/on the other side of"

"transids are stupid because you can't transition to another race/having a disability/etc.!"

not only is this transmed rhetoric (implying you have to transition to be trans), it's also just simply incorrect. a large portion of disabilities, for example, are developed and not present at birth. you can go blind or deaf, you can get amputated, you can become paralyzed—you get the point.

no transabled person wants the bad parts of disabilities, they just want the quirky symptoms!

not true. i've seen several transabled and transseverity beings talking about how they were excited because they're showing negative symptoms/their negative symptoms are worsening. even for the beings where this Is true... most cisdisabled beings don't care for their negative symptoms either, but i don't see people getting mad at cisdisabled beings who say they wouldn't get rid of their disabilities even if given the chance

um, well, the transid term is still bad because it's pro harmful transitioning

ignoring the fact that you can transition with every single non-transharmful transid in a non-harmful way, this is still incorrect. although most pro-transid beings are pro-transition, transid as a term Itself is inherently neutral on all types of transitioning. you can be pro-transid and still anti-transitioning

if your only arguments are repackaged transphobia and literal lies, that means you're the one in the wrong

I don't think it *comes from anti-transgender* — rather, those are just all the same.

Also hey let's not be neutral on anti nonharmful transition wtf. It's, again, like saying that you can be pro-transgender and anti transgender transition.

You need to be more okay with others wanting to have some aspects of your experience. Including the ones you do not like. This is not spiteful, this is not diminishing anything you went through, and you should stop treating it like an attack.

How I forced myself to dissociate, a guide for trans/severiDissociative beings

For me, dissociation has always come in "levels." I think, if I hadn't set things up in the order I did, it would be hard for me to dissociate the way I do now. I want to walk you through those levels, and offer some insight as someone who's been dissociating for 4+ years at the time of writing. Of course, everything on this list will be much easier for you if you're chronologically younger (neuroplasticity), and/or under persistent stress. Though, neither of those things are strictly necessary

HAI I made a server for homestuck sourced people who are radqueer, radinclus, or just support paras and transids!!

This server believes in the importance of CONSENT and that children and animals can not consent! Other than that, go nuts!!! :3

Okk last post today I SWEAR!!!

TransID ask game because I've always wanted to make one!!!!! :3

🍓: what transID have you identified with the longest/what was your first transID you identified with??

🍎: do you identify with anything purely for comfort?? If so, which identity comforts you the most?

🍒: do you think that any of your identities are often misunderstood?? If so, why, and what does that identity actually mean to you?

🍉: do you have any identities that you don't often see others with?

🌶: what's a transID that seems interesting and neat, but you can't see yourself identifying with?

🍊: have you ever transitioned to a transID?

🍍: what transID are you hoping to transition to the most, or what transID(s) are you currently transitioning to?

🍋: prettiest transID flag that you can think of off the top of your head??

🍐: do you have any transIDs that contradict eachother?

🥝: do you have any transIDs that you identify with/collected because of an (special)interest you have?

If you're under the assumption that you're an adult but have always dreamed of being a child or a teen, and the only reason you haven't transitioned is because you don't think someone can BE younger if their chronological age is older;

That's called age dysphoria. You're transage.

Trans-Abled?

🫧 Fish and Friends, I have some questions. 🐠 I have seen a lot of stuff regarding "Rad Queers" and frankly, I'm not sure I understand it. I'm totally open to discussing it with those that are apart of that community. I am a diagnosed person who does actually have neurodivergencies(?) and disorders. To anyone who is "Rad Queer / RQ" please hmu so we can talk. Would love to hear about your perspective. 🪼 See you all on the fish side! 🦈

TransID activist and member of the Radqueer Empire organization here. What would you like to discuss surrounding radqueer ideology?

I am not radqueer, but you could as well say I am. I am also cis severely disabled. I welcome discussion and also you may look through the related tags on my blog like transid and para, and transability specifically since looks like that's what interests you the most.

Any transidentity is one's internal sense of self differing from perceived in some form characteristics. It is the same with gender and it is the same with everything. Being cisdisabled is not "actually being disabled", and also assuming that no one who is transabled could have those disabilities materially, either unrelated or by transition, is very ableist. Being diagnosed also does not give you more validity than that of undiagnosed disabled beings.
