Yeah I have some favourite characters.
What I'm really appreciating this re-watch is how Rin is canonically a Weird Girl. I like to think that everyone expects her to become more "normal" after coming to the village and getting more human socialization but gradually realize that oh. that's just the way she is.
“I can not believe the insolence of you two!” Jaken bellowed.
“You can’t? I find it quite easy. Have you tried trying harder,” Ophelia replied
Jaken gasped and spluttered, while Rin giggled. A smirk even crept across Lord Sesshomaru’s face, though no one would know since he was still quite a distance from where he had left Jaken to guard Ophelia and Rin. Listening to see if they were safe he oddly appreciated the Jaken’s indignation or rather Ophelia’s wit.
