I wanted to draw a Child AU! I made Byleth a gender-neutral design so they could be used for both f! and m! byleth. Being a kid of a mercenary, they leave soon after befriending the kids. Meeting them again, Byleth remembers them immediately but the 3h leaders don’t. (also everyone has a crush on byleth lol) I did this but then I realized it would’ve made things ten times sadder…. killing at least one of your childhood friends each route :,-)
