Wanted to challenge myself. I want to get better at drawing without having to do an under sketch. I want to be able to just jump right in to final lines. So I tried to do just that. Gonna use my OC Josephine for these.
On the left is the "Jump in" version. Swipe to see the one with "prep" so to speak. Tried to keep it as traditional as possible, even on the Right side.
Hopefully the more I do this, the better I get.

Finally tied down this Jem eyecatch turnaround pencil test. Now the next step is to ink and color!

Finally getting back to this. Was dreading animating her hair, but it wasn't that bad. Now to tie down.

Really like the glowing eyes.
