Don't think Via been home since Stolas' kidnapping

Anyone else think Via not being home since Stolas was attacked by Striker?

His still recovering from the angelic weapon after about 3 weeks.

Via wasn't at the hospital. Stolas was meant to be in a while but discharged himself after a week.

Meds have moved from bedroom to kitchen. He appears to have been hiding his depression before from her.

He's not worried about being home to look after Via for a party invite he got with no notice.

And the house is shut up.

I think he's hiding the abuse again. And left Via with her mum. He probably thinks (wrongly) that Stella would never hurt Via.

Stolas' immortality

I don't think Stolas has believed since he was a kid that he'd out live anyone he knows.

Blitz still pretty much thinks Stolas is all powerful, and going to live forever.

But Stolas doesn't even think he'll see his kid grow up.

He's on antidepressants and was forced to have a precautionary aire.

Which sounds like a threat. Making him expendable to the family any time he steps out of line.

Between the enforced marriage to a domestic abuser that was meant to be for all eternity, and the depressed; I don't think Stolas thought he'd get out of it alive.

He doesn't even seem that surprised by the assassination attempt.

I don't know, I've just seen alot of people taking about how he's going to live forever; and it being a being a massive gap that Blitz won't.

And that definitely Blitz view, but I don't think that's where Stolas' heads at.

They're the same age, and he's been shown very thoroughly that he could easily be killed.

Think that's one of the reasons Blitz teaching he he can choose something for himself is so important. Because that marriage was killing him by inches.

Circus/The Full Moon parallels

(Blitzø's rant, born from anger, confusion and self hatred, cannot be compared to Stella's venomous words, and we cannot really blame him since there's some truth behind his rant. But the way Stolas reacted to his shouting is too familiar for comfort, and explains a lot about his desire to stop talking to Blitzø and flee...)

I always thought he was just terrified of the prospect of getting married and having to father a child. I didn't notice what kind of image Paimon was showing him until I rewatched this scene today.

I'd be crying, too, tbh.

So two weeks ago on Twitter was this trend called Cursed Cat Alastor. As far as I know, it started because Alastors's VA drew Alastor, and he looked like some creepy cat. Then some artist drew Alastor as a derpy, creepy cat, and folks rolled with it and did their own drawings of Catlastor. I got this dumb idea and decided to join on this trainwreck :>
