DA4 is gonna be all about Tevinter. Right? And I’m not saying Jeff Goldblum should voice the Black Divine but I’m not NOT saying that.

Black Divine Goldblum, atop his throne: So, if I’m hearing you correctly, uh…uh, this guy, right, this guy is a wolf? A *dread* wolf?! Well, that’s…that’s just fantastic. I love the name.

The Idol shown in the trailer has the same likeness as the one found in DA:2. However, it is not the same idol. That idol was made into Meredith’s sword, which is now infused with Meredith herself. Meredith, as we saw her in DA:I, is currently in The Black Emporium.

So, we have multiple copies of the same Idol. Found in one of the oldest Deep Roads, it stands to reason that this is the image of Mythal. The Elven Pantheon had gone into the Deep Roads before. It’s been theorized that Solas was Mythal’s servant, until he ‘burned her off his face’, so the figure clinging to her could be Solas.

Mythal, Andraste and Flemeth all have the same story. They attempt to do good, and are betrayed by someone close to them - usually a lover. Elgar’nan. Maferath. Conobar. It could be that Mythal, Andraste, and Flemeth are one and the same - simply Mythal hopping to new bodies. (Such as Flemeth does with her daughters.) I think that Solas was there to witness two of these betrayals: Mythal as her servant, and Andraste as Shartan.

The figure to the left of the Idol shown in the teaser could be Elgar’nan: showing the betrayal of Mythal in the center, and the Dread Wolf’s coming vengeance on the right. Around the Idol are Seven Moons: 5 dark and 2 still lit. 5 dark for the five slain Archdemons, and 2 lit for the 2 remaining.

It’s likely Dragon Age 4 will see a double event in terms of a Blight, with both Razikale and Lusacan making an appearance. I’ve spoken of this before, but I believe that the Old Gods and the Elven Pantheon were closer than originally believed. I think they worked together to create the Blight and therefore, Red Lyrium, as shown on the Idol.

If the figure is of Elgar’nan, we know he is a mage and I theorize, likely has the same markings that Fenris does. Except these were done correctly.

It’s to this that I suggest that Dragon Age 4 will be a part One of sorts. We will be facing Solas, who will unleash the Elven Pantheon and trigger the double event Blight. Part Two will be dealing with what he’s done.
