The idea of popular voting winning a national election scares Republicans because they have no plan, other than to suppress votes in Red States.

More people voting is the death of the Republican Party.

In everyone of the 4 cases, the decision was 5 to 4 with Republicans voting in the majority aka along party lines.

More states will follow with their own anti-abortion, electoral map redistricting #Gerrymandering and removing people from voting role laws.

  1. Ruled that Trump was within his authority to enact a travel ban that restricts people from coming to the U.S. from five Muslim majority countries.
  2. Ruled to reverse a lower-court decision upholding a California law requiring so-called crisis pregnancy centers to fully disclose their anti-abortion agenda.
  3. The court upheld Republican-drawn legislative districts in Texas that had been thrown out by a lower court for diluting the power of black and Hispanic voters.
  4. Ruled that Ohio can use an aggressive process for removing people from its voting rolls. 
“I imagine that Neil Gorsuch has in every instance ruled the way Mitch McConnell wanted him to,” said Goldberg.
