Wasn't a fan of Montecristo's. A new found respect after smoking the Grand Edmundo Edicion Limitada 2010. It doesn't taste like a Montecristo. It starts off spicy but becomes a smooth rich chocolate. So good. The white gray compact ash and burn reminded me of an Opus X. Smoked this puppy to the nib ;)
Dang! The smoothest cigar I've smoked. Even smoother than BHK. Sweet creamy coffee. Last 3rd is light and peppery. It probably should lasted about 2 hrs but it was so good I polished this puppy off in an hr and half ;)
Trinidad, there's no way you should be discontinuing the Robusto Extra this year!
Agree with a majority of the review. My burn was near perfect. First 2 thirds was sooo good. I found the last 3rd earthy. Wishing this were a robusto! Geeking out - really tight ash.
My most memorable Super Bowl memory - Romeo y Julieta Duke - 2009 LE. The nutty sweet taste of the Duke rocks. Great even burn without any relights. Flicked off the ash after 2 1/2 inches which would have got longer but I rather watch Brady pull off his magic
