Sorry Nikki and Republicans trying to pretend / normalize that the President is a CEO. The Constitution states that there are 3 branches of government with a Separation of Powers.
The President is NOT the CEO. The President can NOT hire and fire a Federal Judge. Period.
And under the Appointments Clause of The Constitution, the President can only nominate someone for certain positions. The Senate has final approval.
If Trump were the CEO, he’d be fired already by the Board.
