mikey loves like a breath of fresh air, the inhale you take when you need some space away from everything and everyone. everyone, but him. mikey knows when to simply bask in the comfortable silence that envelops you two—like a warm hug that has no intention of pulling away. big black eyes glancing over at you as you cling onto his waist, cheek pressed into his back. his thin fingers interlock with yours, squeezing gently as the wind rushes past you and him. he navigates the roads expertly, stopping by the shops to get you and him snacks.

SHINICHIRO quietly shuts the door behind him, as he steps onto the balcony of his home. the warm air of a tokyo sunday travels across the exposed skin of his arms—a pleasing sensation as he searches his pocket for a lighter. a pack of opened cigarettes lay on the small table in the corner. shinichiro bends over to fetch one, lights it up, and takes a long drag. he sighs, leaning forward against the railing. everything is quiet, save for the sounds of people beneath him and the occasional loud honk of a car. but then, the sound of balcony’s door makes him turn.

it’s you—with your jacket half-on and hair disheveled all cutely. “shini, i’m gonna head home soon. i’ve got wor—”

“why don’t you just stay the night?” he says, almost without realizing. he takes another drag of his cigarette at your expression; are you gonna turn him down? but as he exhales, the smoke that evades his vision dispurses to reveal a small smile on your face. shinichiro feels his lungs somehow haven’t exhaled.

mikey grumbles at the empty fridge cabinet, which he designated to store all his treats. chowing down the final bite of his last taiyaki, mikey turns to you with a pout. "i thought i told emma to get me some more the other day," he says with an adorably angry expression. you giggle at his fuss, stepping forward to wipe a crumb off the corner of his mouth. he looked so cute like this; messy hair, oversized pajamas, and soft pink lips just begging you for attention. mikey lets you touch him as you please, smiling at you playfully as he leans his back against the counter. you rest a palm on his cheek, and he nuzzles himself into your hand. then, you throw all doubt out the window to lean in slowly, and kiss him—a kiss so hesistant, careful and soft, that mikey needs to guide his hand up your neck to push you further onto him. as you indulge yourself in mikey's lips, you decide he tastes like strawberry cream and smile to yourself pleasantly. when you two release for air, mikey whispers against your lips: "well if you keep doing that, i don't need anymore sweets."

"eat up, yeah? and don't worry about the bill." he slides the menu towards you with a gentle smile. you nod, a bit overwhelmed by your friend's kindness—but it was draken, what more did you expect from such a doting person? the two of you skim over the menu, before he calls the waiter over and you gingerly order your meal (and a sweet shake for later). "let me pay you back at least?" "nah, not interested. now eat." you chuckle at his brashness, but you know he meant no harm. although draken was uninterested in the idea of you compensating him, he was up to talk about whatever it was you wanted to. he'd listen attentively, and comment his opinion every now and then. but for now, draken wished to lend you a listening ear.

MIKEY remembers when he, you, and your son went to get professional family photos taken. he had the liberty of choosing what outfits you three would wear—he insisted that you had to match in "one way or another." the fuss your son made at first was slightly embarassing, but it none of it mattered once mikey saw the gorgeous results of the photos. now framed sweetly in your home, mikey makes sure to glance at it every time he arrives home, and to wipe it down from dust and grime. him, the love of his life, and the one he created with you—altogether, forever.

MITSUYA remembers sewing his first outfit for his daughter: a pastel onesie adorned with her initials across the neckline. the first time he had slipped her little chubby arms into the sleeves, and her legs (that wouldn't quit kicking) into the pants, mitsuya felt immense waves of love and joy. it was an absolute perfect fit. feeling tears well up, mitsuya felt pride in being able to use his fashion skills to create something unique and special for his one and only child. also, the wide grin on her small face was nothing short of a blissful accomplishment for him. "is there a problem?" you tease with a tilt of your head. he chuckles, before leaning down to hold your face between his big, warm palms. "not at all," he whispers into a kiss.

MIKEY: he wakes up with no knowledge of what time or day of the week it is. is a complete baby in the morning and can't seem to function properly. you're more than likely to be up before him, so it's up to you to now wake him up. resembles a cat when he whines "mm no baby, 5 more.. more minutes." and pushes his face into your neck before he starts to snore again. he's more than likely to be clingling onto you too. when he finally gets up, his hair will be a mess and his eyes will barely open. often tells you that the only way to wake him up is with a kiss (pls give him one).

DRAKEN: (this is all i want in life) you awake to the feeling of two protective arms wrapped tightly around you. draken does this every night, unconsiously or not— you're going to wake up to his arms around you and his chin propped atop your head. sometimes he wakes first, if so, he'll be careful when manuvering himself to not distract you. when he feels like you two should get up, he tends to rub gentle circles on your skin to coax you up. gruff "'mornin"s and soft "sleep well hm?"s. loves loves loves seeing you in the morning, thinks you look amazing despite your futile protests.

BAJI: this guy snores like a father and always has his leg thrown over your stomach no matter what position he fell asleep in, so yeah, you're waking up first. he likes to sleep with your head on top of his arm, so he can wrap it around you. that way, you can't leave or else "you'll wake me up, and that's like dangerous territory babe." he's such a dork i hate him. despite his hold on you, you're able to turn your face over to face him; peppering kisses over his jaw and cheeks until he groggily wakes. "nngh, hu-h? what? oh, well good morning to you too," - before he grabs your face and kisses you right back (makes fun of your morning breath ok bye next)
