i've been working on an NCR ranger cosplay for a couple of conventions coming up. the helmet's almost finished, just need to sand and shape it some more before priming.
i messed up a lil bit while cutting out the pieces (too stubborn to snap off a new blade) but i think i managed to fix most of my mistakes. im p happy with it, esp b/c it's my first time working with eva foam
weathering next, then shaping, then glue the pieces down a thousand more times, then shape, then i can finally prime it. YAY. wouldve finished my helmet already but i was missing a few pieces. ill try to wrap it up this weekend.
finally got around to priming all the pieces ^_^ i also finished painting my chest plate i just need to add to details to it
the vet ranger is a good beginner cosplay project. the armor is over 200 years old so if you mess up it kinda adds to the weathered look, if that makes sense.
