Everything about this is gooey sweet, from tickling my neck with his breath to the paw over my shoulder.
By far the most ridiculously adorable part of Tristan falling asleep with his nose tucked into my neck, though, is this: if I turn my head so my cheek touches his face, Tristan makes a happy sigh and leans his forehead into my cheek.

Look, just look, at this sweet precious darling baby, who was so overjoyed to get cuddles again.
Try to ignore the horrible dead mole that he found, and very obediently dropped right outside just as we’ve been practicing (after carrying it some distance, stopping every so often to roll on it).
Try to ignore that he’s currently scratching and shrieking at the door because he WANTS that stinky carcass, WANTS IT, and I haven’t yet been able to sneak outside to pick it up, so it’s still there.
