Not sure if it's good or bad but my dogs know the sound of the ps5 turning on and off
Mine know the phone turning on ("pose for pictures!" noooo, stay still pleeeease), Tristan's Fetch and Tug Buddy closing his earbuds case after he puts his earbuds away (cuddle time!) and the alarms for meals or activities--also they know which alarms are which, and are Ready for Activities just as much as for Supper.
Dish scrubber brush, Day 20: 30 days of holds
Again, Yvaine's photo with the sponge was taken several nights ago, since she was going to be otherwise occupied for an unknown period of time.[*] But Tristan saw the photos being taken, and by now he recognizes this game, so he came over, ready to hold the sponge for HIS turn.
Which is why we have photos of Tristan holding the scrubber brush *and* a sponge, because he's a good boy.

[*] Yvaine came home the same day, but is still a little tired and sore from the sedation and the biopsy inside her nose.
Cleaning the guest room is very exciting for Spaniels, because it means a Guest! Tristan started carrying his supper dish around (dog logic: supper dish is cross-wired with "very very exciting") while we cleaned.
Tristan's anticipation was rewarded by not one, but *two* Guests, and he was so wriggly with delight, I think he has forgotten everything about that "growing up" and "slowly becoming an adult" that he's done over the last year. Naturally, wriggly happy Tristan got to be the center of attention *all*day*.
The Spaniels didn't get to "help" Feed the Big Doggies yesterday. They were both extraordinarily good about hanging around in the bedroom quietly (heh, no voice, very quiet).
But they were expressively hopeful this morning that it was just some kind of fluke, that they wouldn't be deserted all alone again. And very happy, when we all went.
