Folks, I am having difficulty refusing them the best treats every time. They do something cute or clever and turn those laughing eyes at me, so proud of themselves, and I give them the best treats I can get my hands on.

Gwyn! Tristan! Turkeys! Turkeys!
... they went the completely wrong way and did not spot a single turkey before the whole 15-ish bird flock hopped casually out of the field. But they got to sniff the trail the turkeys left, anyway.
You know, I don't think it's right that Gwyn can both press her back into my leg, and also rest her chin on the same leg, facing the opposite direction. I don't think that oughta be allowed, by internal skeletal structure. What is she made of, gummy worms??

We have this pop-top treat box on the cabinet by the front door. Several days ago Tristan climbed over from behind the cabinet and cleaned out the box, which fortunately didn't have much in it. Tristan's Fetch and Tug Buddy apologized for leaving the lid off.
But then yesterday I saw Tristan climb around the back of the cabinet again, reach over and confidently smack the pop-top, then start trying to pry the top off once he popped the seal. I think Tristan's Fetch and Tug Buddy may have taken responsibility for an accident that was very intentionally caused by someone else...
The Face Of Betrayal: the treat box has been castled and Tristan will not be able to reach it (until he solves THIS new puzzle...)
It must be nice to be so relaxed, so innocent.

It's a rare Tristan side-eye that you can probably see in pics! (Tristan does have *expressive* eyes, I swear. The eye patches and one white/one brown 3rd eyelid disguise his expression so often.)
