I straight up could not survive being homeless and that terrifies me.

I can't survive homelessness in the Arizona summer. I can't survive living with my abuser either. I haven't been able to make rent in months on my own and I haven't been able to find a job that will work with my unstable health and use of mobility aids. My parents have installed a videosurveillance system through which they caught me having a seizure. Upon reviewing the footage, they decided to forcefully keep me at home, regardless of how I actually feel. I’m not even allowed to move as I want in the house. I can’t cook bEcAuSe It’S nOt SaFe but also I must buy my own food.

This means that I need money to eat and so if someone could slide something through my P*pl* [email protected]. Also, being home and specifically in my room all day every day means that it becomes urgent to have the items I made a wishlist for (I explain why I need each item on damn near every object on the list).

URGENT move out mutual aid request for black queer muslim girl - pls dont ignore!

I know y’all are sick of me but this is a bittersweet mutual aid request and I need community to rlly come thru for me bc Im in a really tough time crunch.

As some of yall know, I lost my job a month and a half ago, but this Friday I accepted a new job offer but I do not start til June 13th and so I will not be paid until the end of the month when my lease ends.

As nonblack and white allies are simply celebrating another day where they don’t have to work, black queer ppl like me and others are fighting to have our mutual aid goals met as we seek literal shelter/safety.  Please boost and send reparations to this cause as well as other mutual aid posts from black queer people.

Thursday, June 23rd: Hi everyone, I’m Gemma, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman, who is in desperate need of help as I'm really struggling to keep my utilities on which are on the verge of being turned off.

As many of you are already aware from my previous posts, I have been struggling financially these past few months due to my welfare benefit (Universal Credit) being under a review, which is due to my worsening mental/physical health and the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned. And at the moment, I'm currently struggling to get by, as my application for Disability (PIP) was declined despite recently being diagnosed with PCOS & MDD, and due to awaiting DWP assessments, my debt from overdue bills is piling up which is making it difficult for me to get by on a day-to-day basis.

And I know this is a huge ask, and I'm completely heartbroken to be asking for help again, but I still desperately need some as I don't have anyone else to turn to, and I'm not due to receive my welfare of £317 until the 30th, but it isn't enough to cover my utilities, overdue bills and get groceries for the month.

Urgent need for homeless Latine LGBT couple

Hey everyone, my partner and I are a homeless gay trans Latine couple who are struggling to keep sheltered while we look for new work. We were able to reinstate our car insurance recently by covering last months bill thanks to everyone’s help but this month’s bill is due soon and we really don’t want to risk losing it again.

Right now, we need help covering daily shelter needs as well as money to put towards car insurance. We cannot be without shelter because we’ve been dealing with health issues that require access to a restroom and my partner is still finishing up online classes, so access to wifi and electricity is necessary. We are staying in the cheapest dog friendly, no-deposit motel in the area, that has a fridge and microwave, and it costs us $80 per night to stay here. Car insurance this month is $270 after last months late fees.
