The Halestorm store is now selling it separately for only $25 here!

If I would have known this was an option, I would have bought it this way since my Ultimate Bundle STILL HASN’T ARRIVED YET... ahem.

Sick Individual lyrics

Well ya think that you know what I am, but you don’t 'Cause I say what you can't and I do what you won't I like it loud, wear it proud, like a crown upon my head I'll always be this way 'til the day that I'm dead

'Cause I'm a sick individual And I doing this this called whatever the fuck I want want want I'm unusual, ain't takin' no shit Gonna drink this in 'til I'm gone gone gone I'm living it up, not giving a what I'm living it up, not giving a what Sick individual And I doing this thing called whatever the fuck I want

Wouldn't you like to know What I'd do if you got me alone Would I sigh? Would I beg? Would I scream? Would I moan? I don't talk the talk 'cause I walk the walk And I'll shake it for you just like this Singing la di da di, la di da di Save your kiss I need a lick

Come a little bit closer baby 'Cause all I want is you So what are you gonna do? Come a little bit closer honey Gonna have my way with you

I'm living it up, not giving a what I'm living it up, not giving a what Sick individual And I doing this thing called whatever the fuck I want

Okay I am 50 shades of confused about the pre-orders everyone is getting

First of all I have received NO shipping confirmation about my ultimate bundle and that makes me very angry but I see people are receiving signed cards with their cds? Where did these come from and how can I get one omg, are they with all the pre-orders from the webstore? And are the posters with the ultimate bundle all folded up like the ones I’ve been seeing?

She Won’t Mind lyrics

Take me home tonight I'd do anything with you Buy a bottle of whiskey, we'll get matching tattoos Tell me that you love me Oh let me drive your car We can sit 'til morning lie, just count every star

'Cause if there's a hell I'll meet you there If there's a heaven they're serving beer if you're an angel then I must be high

Oh if there's a church it's rock and roll If there's a devil I sold my soul It's all right whatever we do tonight

Cause if there's a god, dammit, she won't mind If there's a god, baby, she won't mind

Scream lyrics

Seeds in my head, visions in red all that I dream, and all that I've bled my mind is a gun, I won't be outdone Say what you want, while I shoot for the sun All you doubters and haters Actors and fakers I don't have time for you all You're feeding the fire that's taking me higher Coming like a cannonball

Ohhh, it's kickin’ down your door Kickin’ down your door Ohhh, so what'chu waiting for what'chu waiting for

Scream, scream, scream, 'til they hear you Scream

Step out of the haze Sleepwalkers awake The pills that they give You don't have to take Don't wanna see life Through cadaver eyes Yesterday's dead, tomorrow's alive

All you movers and shakers Freaks and hell raisers We're climbing over your walls You're feeding the fire that's taking us higher Coming like a cannonball

Ohhh, it's kickin’ down your door Kickin’ down your door Ohhh, so what'chu waiting for what'chu waiting for

Scream, scream, scream, 'til they hear you Scream, scream, scream, 'til they hear you Scream

Ohhh, it's kicking down your door Kicking down your door Ohhh, so what'chu waiting for what'chu waiting for

Scream, scream, scream,'til they hear you Scream, scream, scream,'til they hear you Scream

Thanks to itsmichelle-tee for helping me with the second verse!

Gonna Get Mine lyrics

Naked pictures on the telephone All my secrets that you weren't supposed to know But I sleep just fine every single night Cause I got a filthy that you will never find

And everybody wants to know What I got going on below And everybody wants to see But they'll never get all of me

Na na na na na na, I get what I want and I'm gonna get mine Na na na na na na, I get what I want and I'm gonna get mine

(Im'ma get mine Im'ma get mine Im'ma get Im'ma get mine Im'ma get mine)

Uninvited to my fantasy So get the fuck out of my legacy I'm pleadin' guilty my fate's been sent

And if I had to do it all over I'd do it, do it, do it again

Na na na na na na, I get what I want and I'm gonna get mine Na na na na na na, yeah yeah, I do it just fine

(Im'ma get mine Im'ma get mine Im'ma get Im'ma get mine Im'ma get mine Im'ma get Im'ma get mine Im'ma get mine Im'ma get Im'ma get mine Im'ma get mine)

And everybody wants to know What I got going on below And everybody wants to see but they'll never get all of me

I Like it Heavy lyrics

Some like beautiful perfect and pretty I see the good in the bad and the ugly I need the volume one louder than ten I put the pedal to the metal, needle into the red If the windows ain't shakin, making my heart race If I can't feel it in my chest, I'm in the wrong damn place

Gotta a demon in my soul, and a voice in my head Sayin' "go go go", I can sleep when I'm dead There's a sonic revelation bringing me to my knees And there's a man down below that needs my sympathy I've got a ringing in my ears getting ready to burst Screamin' "hallelujah, motherfucker, take me to church.

I like it louder than a boom of a big bass drum I need it harder than the sound of guitar grunge I like to crank it up, make it thump and lead on to the chord Head bangin' in the pit and throwin' my horns and just like old school Sabbath, Zeppelin and Lemmy I need to drop it down low and make it heavy

I like it heavy, woahhh I like it heavy, woahhh

I ride the lighting, roll with the thunder I'm goin' down down down with my sisters and brothers I fell in love with the darkest parts standing on the side of the wild at heart I plucked a feather off a crow so I could fly since I was 13 years old I've had my fist to the sky

I like it I like it I like it heavy I like it I like it I like it heavy I like it I like it I like it heavy I like it I like it I like it heavy

Some like beautiful perfect and pretty I see the good in the bad and the ugly

I like it heavy, woahhh I like it heavy, woahhh

I like it I like it I like it heavy I like it I like it I like it heavy I like it I like it I like it heavy I like it I like it I like it heavy

What Sober Couldn’t Say lyrics

Heading for a blackout Hurting like hell Finding my way to the bottom of the bottle Packing up my suitcase Leaving no trace One step closer with every swallow Deafening silence That you like me That you want me Saying nothing Not this time I'm gonna say I'm gonna say What sober couldn't say Couldn't break through Under the influence of you Incoherent, truth serum Just enough to make me bulletproof I'm so over this love gone violent I'm drunk and brave enough to say What sober couldn't say Criminal in my mind I've been doing time I've been living in the lie that you still love me Making up for the slamming of the door Always wanting more but never giving Sick of crying, tired of trying Always buying into every kiss Not this time I'm gonna say What sober couldn't say Couldn't break through Under the influence of you Incoherent, truth serum Just enough to make me bulletproof I'm so over this love gone violent I'm drunk and brave enough to say What sober couldn't say This is my intervention Getting your attention I'm gonna say I'm gonna say I'm gonna say What sober couldn't say Couldn't break through Under the influence of you Incoherent, truth serum Just enough to make me bulletproof I'm so over this love gone violent I'm drunk and brave enough to say What sober couldn't say What sober couldn't say I'm so over this love gone violent I'm drunk and brave enough to say I'm over this, so over this

Scream: Immediately drew me in. This is exactly what I want from an album starter... that blood pumping, sing along catchiness that reminds me of the same magic that hooked me into Love Bites. The bridge is just so different from what I would expect from Halestorm, but at the same time it is everything Halestorm. I can see this becoming one of my top 3 faves of this album. The interlude into I Am The Fire is also very dreamy and beautiful. This would be a good show opener.

I Am The Fire: Well we’ve already heard this one before the release but I’ll review it all the same. This song, to me, is Lzzy’s song. The lyrics remind me so much of her spirit, the chorus shows off her vocal abilities and what’s she’s all about. Ever since we heard the live debut of this song I catch myself singing the chorus (even though I had the lyrics wrong at the time!) Her screams in the bridge, followed by her siren sounds, are just so unique. You’ll never hear that from another band... this song is just Lzzy and everything she is.

Sick Individual: Arejay drum into, yay! People who haven’t seen the band just don’t truly appreciate how talented this boy is. But anyhow... the verses are definitely the highlight of this song for me. It reminds me of a 90′s, grunge rock style of playing. This song definitely has the best guitar playing of the album, really showing off what the boys can do. Dat guitar solo, tho! This one can only be listened to with your speakers turned up to 11. The lyrics also get a special shoutout “I’m doing this thing called whatever the fuck I want!” I can see this becoming the anthem of Halestorm fans everywhere.

Amen: The best medium tempo song on the album. It was my favorite of all the pre-release songs we got. Lzzy’s vocals are the highlight of this track. With all her screams and aggressive styles of singing, sometimes you forget just how catchy and beautifully she can sing a rock song. I can see this one being a full single and going to the radio next, it just gets jammed in your head, and I want to listen to it over and over again!

Dear Daughter: Oh god. Can I even review this one without sobbing? This song is everything I wanted from when I first heard Break In. Break In was a nice piano ballad, but the lyrics didn’t really mean much to me, and it didn’t take me anywhere. But Dear Daughter.... not only are the lyrics so inspiring, uplifting, and just damn beautiful... Lzzy’s voice is angelic. This song will speak to young girls everywhere, you only need to believe in yourself to make it through this life. If this song ever made it to pop radio, and got taken seriously, it could be the next #1 hit instead of hearing something new from Katy Perry or Taylor Swift. Sadly the only downside to this song (despite it being possibly the best ballad of the album), is the guitar during the bridge. I think just hearing Lzzy and her piano would have had a better effect.

New Modern Love: I kinda forgot about this one during my first listen. After seeing Halestorm live with Eric Church last February, I almost felt like I was listening to Eric Church again during the intro. I’ve never been a fan of their more “country” sounding songs (like American Boys). I don’t care for this song, it’s going to be a skippable one for me. The lyrics are forgettable, the slow/medium tempo bores me, and there was nothing here to hold my interest. I feel bored all over again while I’m listening to it to write this review. Next!

Mayhem: Oh mayhem... oh mayhem. This crazy, thrashing, chaotic Halestorm vibe is exactly what I wanted from this album. This song is absolutely fire when hearing it live but Halestorm brought new life to the studio version. The distortion to Lzzy’s vocals, the thrashing and squealing guitars, and my god the solo. It’s one of their more talented and complex solos to date I wanted to hear more of this sound from the rest of the album, Halestorm’s darker side, their wild side! Sadly I think this song is about as crazy as it gets this time but god, they did not disappoint. I wanna feel the walls shake, shake it shake it shake it! This song is everything I feel when I think of the word Mayhem. I know a lot of freaks didn’t care for the studio version but to me, it’s perfection. It’s chaos. It’s Halestorm.

Bad Girls World: I don’t know how to feel about this one. Halestorm doesn’t always master the slow/medium tempo songs, and this one has potential... but I don’t know if it quite hit the mark. Lzzy’s vocals are just so beautiful and pure during the verse and with the awkward guitar and drum beats behind it, it just makes a weird song. The repetitive chorus loses my interest as does the drawn out, boring guitar during the bridge. If this had been a slow song, without the drum filler, I would have liked it a lot better. It’s a shame Lzzy’s beautiful vocals had to go to waste in this one. Can I have an acapella version, please? The guitar solo interluding into the next song was it’s only redeeming point.

Gonna Get Mine: Have I heard this song before?? Really guys, the guitar intro is giving me major deja vu here! Am I going crazy? But anyway... here’s more of the crazy Halestorm sound I was looking for! This song is going to be fire live. I can see the rocking chorus of this one catching on with many Halestorm freaks and becoming a fan favorite. It instantly grabs your attention and you find yourself singing along with Lzzy’s “Na na na”s! My only complaint is that it seems a little short compared to the other tracks on the album.

The Reckoning: After I got over my inital disappoint of me thinking this was going to be the heaviest song on the album, because of the title... not a bad song but not a memorable one either. More of the slow/medium tempo that I’m starting to get tired of, but this one has a more interesting sound to initially draw you in than the others I’ve complained about. The build during the chorus is unique, and I was waiting for this sound to build into something amazing, but it never really took me anywhere after that. The verses are a little boring and slow for my tastes, though the lyrics are strong (lots of fire/flame references in this album!) This is another song that had potential to be something great that didn’t quite live up to it’s name.

Apocalyptic: Ugh... a love/hate relationship with this song. Sure it’s catchy, sure I sing along, and sure it’s fun to hear them play it live... but I initially didn’t like it at all during it’s release. It’s a fun, bouncy song that most people can get in to when they hear it on the radio but it really doesn’t show off anything amazing that Halestorm can do with their sound. Maybe I’ll like it better later down the road but I’ve heard it so many times now that it’ll be a skipped track for a while.

What Sober Couldn’t Say: This song doesn’t have that immediate sad and weary sound that first drew me into Dear Daughter, but once I listen to it the second time and really listen to the lyrics... it is so much more personal and upsetting hearing it again. For anyone who has been through physical abuse, emotional abuse, didn’t feel loved... this song will hit home, I’m sure. FTOP was always my favorite Halestorm song but this one is quickly replacing it, even though I’ve only heard it twice. I can’t really review this one just yet. It hits home and I can already tell this one will have a special place in my heart.

I Like It Heavy: Oh yes... it’s finally here. I’ve been patiently waiting for this one ever since I saw the band in Feb. They opened with this one and it immediately brought me to tears of joy. I’m very biased when it comes to this song, it’s my favorite heavy song of theirs, just go listen to it! You’ll see what I mean. You’ll immediately want to clap and sing along to this track even with the first opening note! You’ll want to put it on repeat! You’ll want to thank the band over and over again for gracing us with this awesome song! (okay, maybe not, buuuut) Another song that is truly everything Halestorm and I hope you listen to it all the way to the end. There’s a little surprise at the end that brought tears to my eyes because it reminded me of one of the best nights of my life, seeing the band live.

Damn I sure am tired after writing that and I hope I didn’t repeat myself too much, or bore any of you, for that matter...
