does anyone else remember in act 3 when anders, who was being super distant and morose and weird with you, death flags all over, was there in the hanged man cheerfully having drinks with varric, but he leaves as soon as you arrive, and you can ask varric why he was there and he would say he lets anders drink on his tab on the regular. which i guess you, as anders’ partner who he lives with, just didn’t know about, for some reason

the reason this cracks me up is it’s the exact same weird energy to me as the bit where fenris is apparently having a regular card game night with donnic without aveline knowing and i have no idea why they did this
