Your drawing is awesome and Miku and the other Vocaloids can be whatever you want her to be even the creator of Miku said it and people need to understand that and Miku is basically a Japanese version of Barbie as well
There's also been many official variants of Miku (and her besties) that mess with the 'canon' age so that anon's words were very not media literate all around.
People love being confidently incorrect though so unless Crypton retcons all the default ages (which they should) I don't expect much to change. I'll just draw my bunny outfits either way.
