every like 3 weeks im reminded that Hannibal was a show that existed that was really just a story about a high class cannibal that was so headass over some little sweaty detective that he literally just tore his whole high class life down to be with that little sweaty man and it was like a modern gothic romance with all the works. im spoiled now. where else am i gonna get a show where there’s pigs eating people and whole ass people climbing out of horse corpses and makes siouxsie sioux come out with a whole new ass song like. im sick, man, i just want her back 😔

i’m not like the biggest fan of hannibal nbc, but i will say this: bryan fuller wanted to create a profound, disturbing and dark show and the fans just saw mads mikkelsen and hugh dancy interacting one (1) time and decided to completely shift the focus onto them as a ship and in the process cancelled out all of bryan fuller’s intentions for the show and i think that’s very sexy of them
