SPOOKY MONTH missing children headcanons!!

The cult has been murdering children for YEARS, but only a few get to stick around as lonely souls. Mainly, the six who have been used as ritual sacrifices to bring upon the end of the world.

-Hope Myers (8 years old): daughter of John, and very first kid to be used for the ritual. She serves as a sort of kind big sister for all the other unfortunate ghosts. Wants to come back home to her dad.

-Molly Tilley (6 years old): she's based on this little girl that was kidnapped by Mr. Clown in The Stars.

I KNOW that this character is a cameo character, but i have an headcanon that in Spooky Month lore, this was just a random kid that was cosplaying up as that character for Halloween.

-Remy Johnson (5 years old): His older sister was supposed to keep an eye on him, and she didn't. Next thing he knew, a clown snatched him. He's based off of Georgie from IT.

-Jason Hart (newly turned 5 years old): A silent kid that didn't get noticed much. So silent nobody realized he had been absent for several hours. Based off of Garren from the FNAF movie.

-Liam Colt (9 years old): Child star that was always under a lot of pressure. Based off of Henry from The Good Son (only in looks).

-Sally Michaels (7 years old): Shy and timid, big crybaby. The moment she decided to challenge her fears, nobody ever saw her again. Based off of Samara from The Ring.

BONUS:

-Jasper Taylor (10 years old): Sick child that got stuck inside a doll after his death, much to the horror of his mother. Based off of this extract from the Spooky Month ARG

Okay so. Violet still loves her kids to death. Unfortunately, she's 100% an accidental enabler. She's scared that their mischief will cause them to end up badly if other people were to know, so she helps the kids cover up their more serious crimes, and just generally vouches for them being little angels and denies any involvement they have with anything. She's one step away from a breakdown because she feels guilty but also she just can't bring herself to go against them. Do with this information a what you will, pookie <3

This was my attempt at creating a sister for Kevin...

Her name's Athena, she's Kev's older sister. She's a lawyer! She's considered the smart and reliable sibling out of the two. Except she's not. She's being blackmailed into working as a mole for the cult to infiltrate and take a hold of the town's justice system too, to cover all the places the Mayor may not have power on. On her behalf, they have some actual terrible stuff on her. She really cares about her brother though, even though she's grumpy and stoic.

I hope that if I ever become known in the Spooky Month fandom, people are either gonna be like "oh yeah it's that lady that's super insane and unnormal about Dexter Erotoph" or like "Oh yeah it's the Kiss Me Son Of God lady".

Just realized I never talked about Baal on here... Long story short, it was a silly plot I made around SM 5 about a demon from the Other Realm™ going to look for Moloch after he disappeared for years, getting immediately kidnapped by the cult and losing her memories in the process, and being found by Susie, who then starts hiding her inside her house cause she has nowhere else to go. And then it was this whole thing about Susie having to hide her from her brother, keep her safe from the cult, and make sure she passes as a human when going around town... Also they're girlfriends because Susie deserves a demon girlfriend.

Possession is something that can happen in this universe I've decided.

Now. Dexter Lives AU RatPoison...

Lila sent Dexter Violet's way when she was struggling with a cockroach infestation in her new house when she moved out.

She immediately accepted the fact that her daughter has a weird ass taste in men and she's been trying to set her up with the Guy She Had To Exorcise Once ever since. We stan a supportive mother.

Normally she would be warier of the Falling For Weird Guys curse (after what happened with her and Skiddad), but Lila genuinely would trust Dexter with her life so she's actively cheering for them.

I personally believe Skid should have an older sibling that's just as silly and halloween-loving as he is. Idk I need him to have other positive adult figures in his life that aren't trying to kill him <3

Hope + Missing Children

-Just your average children spirit. Creepy, pale skin, empty eyes, all that stuff

-Difficult to comunicate with, but not impossible. They keep bits and crumbs of their old personalities, even if they seem way more "hollowed out".

-Only have a few set of words they constantly repeat. For example, Hope keeps repeating "Dad dad dad dad dad dad dad dad"

-Get scared easily.

-Mostly harmless. May scare you half to death by appearing out of nowhere and staring at you from across rooms, but they don't do it on purpose.

Dexter Erotoph

-Goopy, as if he was made of melting plastic

-Broken neck he manages to keep straight at will God knows how

-Can possess specific objects and is one of the most tangible ghosts

-Easy to communicate with. Will just have regular conversations with you. He's actually got an attitude too.

-Mostly harmless, but may get dangerous if needs aren't kept in check, or if he's stressed or provoked.

Skiddad/Atticus/Simon/etc

-Old mannequin coated with an inky substance. The most tangible out of all the ghosts. Also the most powerful.

-Can obscure his face at will.

-Easy to communicate with, you can easily converse with him. He's gonna be insanely creepy and vague though.

-Can turn the inky substance into spider legs

-Prefers to appear just when it's night.

-EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. He just chooses not to attack directly. Mostly.

Bonus: Bob Velseb

-Basically looking like his current corpse in the morgue

-He won't talk to you unless he's taunting you while trying to kill you.

-Teeth are very tangible. The rest of the body is mostly not.

-The most dangerous, but simply because he can and will attack you in an attempt to eat you.

Bonus 2: Michelle Erotoph

-Basically trasparent

-Doesn't talk with anyone. She just wails and calls out for her son. Even if Dexter's ghost is right in front of her, she doesn't seem to see him.

-Basically harmless. Not tangible in the slightest.

OH I HAVE A WHOLE TAG AND A SHORT COMIC ABOUT HER ON THIS PROFILE! Just look for "Violet Ebegast" and you should find her. She's basically a chimera of my favourite Horror Girls, Laurie, Tiffany Valentine and Sydney Prescott. She's the classic Final Girl™ trope, but with the twist that she's also a bit fucked up herself.

You'll never guess which part of Laurie's backstory I used to make her

...yeah it's the "she's secretly the main character's sister" one.

She's the first daughter of Lila and Skiddad, and Skid's older sister. Due to an unexplained connection to the Tree Entity, she has necromancy powers which the cult is supposed to use in case of emergency. When Skiddad is starting to worry about Lila leaving the cult and taking the kids away, he kidnaps Violet and hands her over to the cult to take care of, to make sure she cannot do that, which causes Lila to remain in Town (and also to kill Skiddad). She is raised by Ignacio as the cult is planning to use her to ressurect Skiddad when she's skilled enough with her powers (which she doesn't know she has). She grows up very isolated, but eventually manages to move out and start a babysitting gig. Shit hits the fan soon after, when her powers start manifesting as the final ritual of the Penitent Ones (the cult) gets closer.

That's the Laurie-inspired part of her lore. The Tiffany-inspired part it's cause she summons back Dexter by mistakes and they are the worst duo ever™

I was thinking for Mort and Patty, they're the two certified weird kids™ that are really into corpses and rot and bones and stuff. They might have some sort of rivalry with John and Jack because they're pretty much against rules and are willing to go to unethical lenghts to do their own things (which, since they're middle schoolers, is probably like. Trespassing at night to go to the cemetery and stuff like that).

For the Skirtz, Regina and Rachel are morticians (Regina being the one that gets possessed), Regan is a doctor and local mole for the cult.
