Sounds exactly like my girlfriend. She suffers from BPD and DID as well. As long as she avoids stress, it’s kinda under control. She also has a psychologist she goes to. Try to talk to a very close friend. They often understand you better than parents.

My GF got over it now. Well her biggest help was me>_> But try to do other things that totally exaust you. My GF did some dancing to videos. If you need that feel of pain, try to find other methods that don’t damage your body.

I hope I am doing it right. I want to answer the Anon who asked about having multiple personality disorders! My girlfriend has DID and BDP together. I am currently investigating if the BDP applies to all her personalities. But yes it's possible.
