Not to step in but recovery is not immediate. When you have been groomed and raped, and you develop a mental illness because of it, you don’t immediately recover because someone called you out on it on tumblr. It takes time. If they are currently receiving help, then they are. Recovery takes time. It’s not something you push onto people. Rather than holding the past against someone who is recovering, it should be more of a reminder of what the person is recovering from. It’s not something that they will always be. Let people recover.
