hey gang I hate to say this but this is also a blatant lie or a stretching of the truth based on some test government program that likely no longer exists. while we are in a much better place than, say, america, we have fascists in government just like everybody else and the gov as a whole has been systematically tearing down arts funding, the healthcare and social services as fast as they physically can. it's a bad time to be jobless or chronically ill or a minority or all three in finland and this screenshot pisses me off so bad. like I WISH this was true!
