My hunch is that this punch (rhyme intended 😅) is directed at Rory, and it happens right after Rory speaks the truth as a result of BJ injecting him with the truth serum (with ref. to that leaked image from last year), so BJ gives Lyds the honour of punching her slimy fiancé/manager. BJ is wearing the same therapist outfit here and in that leaked image (which I don't have saved but saw it reposted on tumblr somewhere).
