Door to the former C.D. Peacock jewelry store on State Street at Monroe in Downtown Chicago, Illinois. Commissioned by C.D. Peacock and designed by Louis Comfort Tiffany, the original three brass Peacock doors are still on display to this day.
The beautiful bronze double door features a peacock with a stunning feather design. The doors were originally their store’s entrance before being moved to the Palmer House.
Today, hundreds of people each day marvel at the large bronze doors before entering the luxury hotel.
