It's a day for somber rememberance, y'all, for thinking about all the service members who have died, not just about celebrating "SUMMER FUN" and vacationing, or drinking all the beers, cocktails, or eating all the hotdogs and burgers you can. Look, I'm not feeling joyous about the "Military Industrial Complex" and all the warmongering happening today either. But that doesn't mean I can't still honor those who have sacrificed themselves the past.
PLEASE, please, just stop saying "Happy" Memorial Day.
