i forever live in denial
-whispers- pls tell me more about Dogma in the Wolfpack.
Why yes, anon, I’ll be delighted to. Allow me to share the whole backstory that did not make it into the actual ficlet After the whole Umbara debacle, the clones were understandably a bit… weary of Jedi, specifically about their decision concerning Dogma’s fate. Fallen or not, this was a clone that killed a Jedi, without anybody else but other clones to testify that he did so because Krell planned to join Dooku. And clones don’t have legal rights. That means that, in a court, their word is worth nothing.So. Not to keen to give up Dogma to trial. Especially since we’re talking about a Jedi Council that would condemn Ahsoka without more proof than ‘she ran’. It hasn’t happened yet, sure, but some unwise decisions have. So. Rex talks to General Kenobi, frankly, because at least this Jedi cares about them. Rex talks to Cody, too, Cody lends him Slicer and, with a few unlawful utilisations of computers and even more illegal wiping of a ID chip, Clone-Commander Dogma ceases to exist.Rex talks to Wolffe, Obi-Wan comms Plo and an unamed, CT class, shiny is sent to the 104th.(Rex hates that they basically erased Dogma so he would lived, but he will live and that’s what matters)Since Wolffe is a closet-mother-hen, and the whole Wolfpack is basically the murdery version of carebears, Dogma has the chance to heal and to forge himself back. Everytime he has a nightmare or a nasty flashback, there is a brother with a hand on his neck or snuggling him closer or whispering comfort in his ear and he is happy, at peace at least, with brothers he trusts and that trust him back. Those brothers, he will die before he is made to harm a single one of them.Dogma misses Tup, though. So, even if it’s dangerous for the whole ‘disappearing’ gig, he ends up sending him a written message. Just to tell him he is alive and well.(And then, when Tup gets those awful headaches and terrible dreams, he cannot tell anyone about them, because what if he ends up being reconditionned or deactivated ? But writing, writing is easier, and Dogma is safe, he knows what it feels like not being able to trust yourself. So he tells him.And Dogma asks Paws and Fang. The medics tell Wolffe.Wolffe warns Plo.Plo comms Shaak. And the whole fuck-up is solved and Palpatine is fucked and everybody lives happily ever after)
It is in english but with subtitles. So in the clone wars, there is an episode where obi wan is ‘killed’, goes undercover to stop a plot to kill the chancellor. What he does is have to get credibility. Now, how does a ‘jedi killer’ gain credibility? Stab an alien shark in the hand and say he would taste better than prison food.
There is another post somewhere on here where people react to Jedi Councilor Obi wan ‘civilized’ managed to pass as a bounty hunter.
Can someone do a reaction where everyone that knows obi wan reacts to the fact that calm jedi actually stabbed someone in the hand and made a food joke? Because this is awesome that Obi wan did it but no one really does anything with this. Just like the umbara arc, which obi wan totally saves Hardcase and Waxer.
The only reason as to why she has any of the files is because of a report on prison life; and what better way to write about such a subject than to research actual Jedi who have actually gone to prison. True, Master Obi-Wan was under cover. But now that the mission was over, there honestly wasn’t much of a reason to keep the identity he used secret anymore. Ahsoka can’t relish the school work; however. Because she’d much rather be out there on the front lines fighting rather than being stuck at the Temple until she was off Medical Leave. Six could be such a bastard some time. She decided on her quarter’s to settle down in, along with a thermos of berry tea and some sweets. She deserves it. Anakin can go fly a gundark as far as she is concerned. He simply has a bias against anything sweet. Even Obi-Wan sneaks sugar behind her own Master’s back. No on says anything as she passes them by with her snacks procured from the nearest Refectory. Now, for a long research stint until she gives up for something far more interesting.

“YOU’RE CRAZY!?” Ahsoka gasps through a fit of laughter. “That is the least craziest thing he’s ever done!” the holo-recorder went on but Ahsoka shut it done.
“I have to show people this!”

((sorry that’s all I’ve got.))
This is amazing!
thank you. :)
Imagine the clones and jedi faces when she shows them. ‘Oh that? That is master kenobi, I mean its not like he is regarded as the most Jedi Jedi ever, but he totally stabbed someone in the hand. You know, the guy who thinks blasters are uncivilized?’ that he did an uncivilized thing. Obi wan is imagined as this Jedi code guy yet he successfully went UNDERCOVER as a BOUNTY HUNTER. Which he thinks is uncivilized. During the escape from prison he stunned all the clones and did not kill them. Duh.
Cody or someone gets captured by bounty hunters or whatever and they’re like. “Be careful because my general once stabbed someone j. The hand and threatened to eat them. You do t want to mess with him.”
It got better. Do the bounty hunters know that a ‘peace loving jedi’ actually passed as a bounty hunter. What about Hondo? Does he find out and is either wow or look at my teaching.
Hondo totally takes credit for that stuff; of course it got around afterwords because slicer’s are annoying and tend to do stuff and they put the vid out and whatever. So that cover is totally busted. It’s a huge topic of conversation. Hondo loves it. He eats it up and the next time he see’s Obi-Wan he can’t help but call him “Son! you came back to see your ol’ papa!” and Obi-Wan is so confused and he can’t figure out what Hondo is talking about until people start getting cagey around him whenever he has a fork near him or in his hand.
Is that why they put up with his ‘civilized’ thing of flirting and tea, which uses a spoon and not a dork. They so everything he asks and try not to get the uncivilized reaction or forks near him by making sure the food tastes great. Not good, great.
Yes. And Obi-Wan doesn’t even notice. he’s also doesn’t care. He just wants some good food as a way to distract the enemy.
Someone is in trouble, they go to understanding obi wan who is also a bad ass as no one wants to deal with a protective obi wan. So fives instead of going to rex and Anakin goes to obi wan to help with tup, as he also saved 99. Also is umbara before or after deception arc? If it is after then obi wan senses something is up and goes ape shit on Krell and krell is in pieces before he allows a clone to shoot him at the same time.
Obi wan at Kamino
It would be interesting if there were fanfics where he actually interacted with the clones at kamino and drags things out instead of immediately calling the council to then chase Jango. Part because he noticed the ship and placed a tracking device before going inside, and it was well hidden.
Talking to the clones and the kaminoans more thoroughly and finds the ‘orders’ each clone has. Now, he can’t just get rid of it because the kaminoans will find it suspicious and therefore notices a loophole. The orders don’t have a way for people to state the accusation the group did along with evidence. He tells the kaminoans that there are times that people misjudge and act but by then it is too late, so therefore there needs to a clause before acting any order officially. 1. They need to do so before a committee of for and against the order. 2. There needs to be actual evidence. 3. There needs to be neutral to either party looking over the evidence to check for authenticity. Along with other conditions because otherwise someone could just order them to and not their actual authority.
This is to stop people from doing something they regret along with stopping quick decisions and corruption, but to him it stops anyone from abusing the clones to do something they wouldn’t like, as the force shines within them and they would have their own opinions of the orders.
Therefore Tup’s chip doesn’t really malfunction to order 66 because it needs the committee and evidence. This goes to all order 66. So palps orders 66 and the clones have this ‘evidence along with neutral parties to jedi and senate/republic along with a lot of checking’ before they can actually shoot anyone. By this time the clones have knowledge that the chancellor is actively against the jedi and he is not giving them evidence and wants to kill their generals. This does not go well for Sheev. This is because the jedi and the galaxy now knows what was happening at the end of the war, the one that jedi and clones just secured for them.
Obi wan is just sighing in relief because he added the ‘give evidence’ and is glad the clones still have their free will and did not have to kill any jedi nor ruin their hearts.
Found to be a sith shit happens but it ends nicely.
