So about Satine and Mandalorian customs...
She's mourning a dying enemy who just bombed a public place and killed/injured several people (and could have killed/injured her), and she's comforting him in his own language too. I can think of maybe one other Mandalorian who'd do something like that and it's Sabine (with a name that sounds like Satine, who's friends with the Jedi like Satine was).
Because unlike Bo-Katan "you're not Mandalorian" Kryze, Pre "that woman tarnishes the very name Mandalorian" Vizsla, Din "you're not Mandalorian" Djarin, Gar "fuck everybody who isn't me" Saxon, Paz "fate has brought this blade back to my clan, and now fate will end yours" Vizsla and her ladyship "then, you are a Mandalorian no more" the Armorer, and all the rest of the warriors, Satine actually cares about ALL the Mandalorians.
Not just the ones who agree with her, not just the ones who accept her authority and not just the ones who follow one and only one 'way.'
That doesn't mean she's ready to just let them run amok and do whatever they want (hence making Concordia its own province for the warriors, hence banning weapons for outsiders in the cities, hence calling rogue anybody who'd try to pull Mandalore into the war) but she freaking cares. She NEVER takes arms against another Mando or wishes harm on them, even as the traditionalists spend decades bombing their own people, fighting their own clans or houses for leadership, staging fake terrorist threats and putting people in danger, putting Sith or the Empire in power and then fighting those, and scorning any Mando not doing the same, all while professing to do that out of love for their people.
She actually cares, about ALL of them.

“Lightsaber” prompt for Codywan Week 2021!! Have a Force Sensitive Cody hehe. AU in which the clones took over their cloning facilities with the help of force sensitive clones before the war could start and kicked all the trainers and Jango out (he was allowed to take Boba with him). Another Jedi was drawn to Kamino as part of a Search and long story short Cody became a Jedi Knight and falls in love with Obi Wan (there’s a reason I’m an artist ;u;). The war happened anyway because Palpatine can’t help himself but this time the clones are fighting for themselves. And Cody cuts Palpatine’s head off in the end.
Clone Wars AU where instead of chips, the clones are actually raised to be undercover as loyal soldiers knowing they'd betray the jedi ("traitors") on the order, and are all ready to complete their mission—
But uh. The jedi are really nice?? And kinda dumb??? And they reaaaally don't know how they survived this long when they are just so dumb and trusting and oh no they're attached.
There are many unfortunate realizations. The clones form a support group to rant about their stupid jetii because "—guys you don't understand he loses his lightsaber every two seconds and then smiles at me when I give it back and has decided since I have it so much I should know how to use it and this week he ordered chocolate for everyone what do I do—"

Rex is like "listen I know Skywalker is supposed to be the one non-traitor of the bunch but like. He's crazy???? And the Commander is also crazy???? How am I supposed to keep up with them???? How much worse would they be without Kenobi????????? And I think Skywalker might actually murder us all if anyone touches the commander or Kenobi???????????"
And meanwhile Fox is all "I keep pulling this one weird jedi out of the dumpster and I can't get rid of him. How do I get rid of him, he's growing on me like mold and I hate it."
Meanwhile I cant decide if the Jedi know that somethings up with the clones and are keeping them close or if they just are genuinely like "man those guys are so great ❤️❤️❤️ I'd trust my life with them ❤️❤️❤️ if they don't tell me smth they def have a good reason ❤️❤️❤️"

Can we appreciare Mace Windu for a second here? He's getting attacked with weapons. He's outnumbered. He's not in familiar territory.
It would be completely understandable if he took out his lightsaber right now. Yet he's making the choice to defend himself simply be neutralizing the enemies with hand-to-hand.
I love Mace. He's so pragmatic and quietly compassionate.

“But he lied!” Anakin shouted. “He let me– He let us think he was dead.”
Feemor shrugged. “Sometimes, that is what duty requires of us.”
Anakin scoffed, and Obi-Wan very carefully did not sigh.
“Skywalker,” Mace bit out, clearly having reached the end of his patience for Anakin’s dramatics (given that the rest of the council had spent the past week dealing with Anakin’s upset, Mace’s patience was probably already worn thin), “as I’ve already told you, this plan could not have worked without secrecy.”
Anakin folded his arms over his chest. “I should have been told.”
“No, you should not have,” Feemor replied, and Obi-Wan winced at the hard note in his padawan-brother’s voice; Anakin had never reacted well to being spoken to in that tone. “And this is exactly why.”
Obi-Wan grabbed Anakin’s arm before he could puff up and attempt to intimidate Feemor with his greater height, like he did with everyone else.
Anakin shook his grip off, shooting Obi-Wan one of his more poisonous glares, his Force presence stabbing outward, looking to hurt, and Obi-Wan blocked the attack almost subconsciously, familiar with Anakin’s temper from when he went through puberty and hated everything and everyone.
“If you’re going to act like an initiate, you will be treated like one,” Feemor said.

Yeah, the Codywan angst that could be made from the Rako Hardeen case has a lot of potential, but have you considered Cody hearing that his general, THE Obi-Wan Kenobi, who survives rains of blasters on a daily basis.... was killed...by ONE simple bullet from a nobody bounty hunter?! The audacity to think he'll believe that shit. That bitch ain't dead, he's just being his usual dramatic self. They even held funeral?! Lmao I bet the general himself was there. Wait wait wait, let me guess, the general is disguised as Hardeen right now. I bet all my none existent credits that that ain't Hardeen but rather his stupid dramatic self sacrificing idiot general pretending to be a bad guy. I give him two days before he gives in and does something nice towards a criminal, or worse, flirts with one. Don't make me laugh, that plan ain't working. I bet not even general Skywalker fell for that lol ...wait, he actually believed it? I know he's an idiot but he can't be that stupid, right? Right??? Rex, tell me he knows.
