Boroughsburg Market

I made a lot for @potato-ballad-sims world Boroughsburg. I took the rabbit hole lot (33 Feindbild Avenue) and transformed it into a market. The market is fulled with food posts and flowers. It’s a 40x20 lot. Hope you like and enjoy it.

Here are a few builds to download. I made back in 2015 in my version of Strangetown. I emptied them out so they should be cc-free, though I’m pretty sure I have missed a few things (like textures). If so, said textures should either be from ATS3 or Awesims.

# 3 buildings:

I use markers on my lots: skip level, hidden room, public room… So to be able to modify any of  these buildings you need to have cheats on:  ‘testingcheatsenabled true’, then ‘restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false’ To see/remove the markers you need ‘buydebug on’

1. Laser Bean Coffe Shop - 20x35 - HERE - a couple of pics HERE (inside)

Recommended CC (not included) :  flying-cup sign from B5 Studio, diner CC from ATS3, for some more alien-esque art see below…

2. The Bowling Saucer Mini-Mall - Pin Lane and NERDD-E - 30x30 HERE - a couple of pics HERE (outside)

Recommended CC (not included): ‘fake’ walls (for the rooftop) I think I used the ones by Gosik on TSR, slanted columns are from Lucky Palms, for the big posters see below…

3. Keep it Klean-gon Laundromat - 13x30 - HERE - one pic HERE (inside)

Recommended CC (not included): as in a lot of my lots in Strangetown I used one of these signs by @gfvsims, pretty sure I used signs/lights from Town Life, and for the big board/sign inside see below… :-)

# A few posters I made for these lots

I’m no CC creator, I do like to make posters and pictures for my game using either frames I extracted from the game or more often than not original meshes from CC Creator. 

4. Menu and Tarif boards (coffee shop + laundromat) - HERE - The original mesh is ‘movie sign’ from @aroundthesims. 

5. Alien-esque posters (coffee shop) - HERE - Original meshes are both  from @aroundthesims and converted from the Sims 4

6. Big posters (mini mall + one is an ‘ad’ for another town of mine Kreeh Peeh Creek) - HERE - . For this one I think the original mesh is from the game, the big posters from Showtime ?

7. Clipped posters#1 (bowling alley, coffee shop, laundromat) - HERE - Original mesh from @gfvsims

Wilsonoff Community Theatre - 3 Landgraab Ave (Boroughsburg)

Decided to replace the theatre rabbit hole with an open version so here’s the download for those interested.

Keep in mind that the store content I use is decrapped but if you have another version (or none at all) not much will be missing from the pictures.

Expansion Packs Used:

ITF only used for one wall poster and the outside sign. Supernatural for 4 windows on 2nd floor. Pets for 1 poster.

Mods Used (Recommended, not required):

There are two objects (microphone and food register that may need to be replaced since I changed the script class of them (in game) and I think it will transfer over as the original script.

WILSONOFF COMMUNITY THEATRE (Live Show Venue)

Dedicating this build to @unwrittensims​, really enjoy our geeky chats. Started this from last year when I had the Borourghsburg build bug 😛 but I paused when I heard the world was being expanded and opted to help with that instead. Now that the final version of the world is out, I can finally share this with you all!

The world creator @potato-ballad-sims​​ doesn’t have the Showtime Expansion installed so none of the featured items were placed in the world such as the stage to host singers, magicians & acrobats. So I bring to you a full live show venue fit for concerts, VIP meet & greets, plus watch the latest blockbuster & indie films on the big screen!

PS: I did NOT do the landscaping for this lot. I only deleted the Doo Peas Corporate Towers rabbithole and built a functional furnished replica in its place. All credits go to Costerboi for his amazing Angel City world and landscaping.

The Sims turned 20 years old  on February 4, 2020, so what better way to celebrate it than the  comeback of some of the most iconic objects from the loved old first The Sims? …Add a touch of vintage glamour to your public gardens with the Gimble’s Gamble Rental Booth! Two version available: as Food Stand (it requires Season) and as Outdoor Public Toilet (base game - For some weird reason the toilet wan’t work if placed diagonally, so rememer to place it straight!)

People seemed to like this house so I thought I would upload it for you.

Please be aware it uses a lot of store stuff and stuff packs as well as all expansions (including Supernatural and Into The Future mostly for the rug and hanging plant), so you either need to be a big fan of the Sims 3 Store or find free downloads for the stuff you want to keep! Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride!

If placed in the University world, this can be easily turned into an actual, working dorm. If not, it’s a residential to what whatever you please with!

Emberside

I built this one in Eltham’s Drift and I plan to use it in my own game, probably with even more CC.
