I just finished Romancing SaGa 2 and I'm so full of emotions...

The remake was everything and some... I loved every moment of it and it's probably best game I've played this year next to Unicorn Overlord ;u; of course probably cause Ive always been a SaGa fan but... it really, really is a well made remake! First time SE seems to give SaGa game an actual budget too lol I'm sorry for being a bit quiet over the past 2 weeks, i really wanted to finish RS2R before Mistria gets an update. But now I should be more active and present :D;; Argh, my heart aches for everyone in this game. I know it's pipe dream but I wish for DLC where the 7 heroes get to kick the hierophant's butt u_u;; I just wish they got some closure ... The ending was just like in the original but of course in full 3D glory that made me tear up so much ... absolutely amazing.

Overall took me about 58 hours from what my save says, but I still got one more unexplored dungeon and the post game boss to kick...but for later. I would think the game has good 60 hours of gameplay and I did know my way around for the most part too! xD;

Zero defeats! I played on normal mode tho xD; one escape cause I touched danger land too soon lol

And my final party was...

Highly recommend but also know that the game is long. Anyway these were my rambles as i just finished and I need to scream into the void ;u; I'm not ready to be back to work on monday lol;;;;

Remember: you cannot fix everything. If you try, you will spread yourself too thin and burn yourself out. Pick one or two things to devote yourself to. Someone else will pick the other things, and together we will carry it all.

THIS. Also, to prevent people from misquoting this poem in the future, here's the whole thing, written by German Lutheran pastor Martin Niemoller in 1946:

"First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—      Because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—      Because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—      Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."

What's more Niemoller was a national conservative. He originally supported the Nazi Party, hoping it would bring about a national revival (as did many Germans), until Hitler proclaimed the supremacy of state over religion and Protestant churches, at which point he allied with other pastors and Lutheran organizations against Nazification. He was also anti-Semitic, making many pejorative remarks about Jews, such as them deserving persecution for crucifying Jesus and believing they should be kept out of any positions in the government. He was imprisoned from 1937-1945, during which time he reconsidered his earlier views.

This poem is a warning, not because Niemoller saw it happen. It is because this is his story. This poem is him saying "don't be how I was, because for however much you support a regime and the hate it doles onto the people marginalized and labelled for extermination, they will one day come for you, like they came for me". No one is immune from the prejudice of the state - there is never only one scapegoat.

The leopards will eat your face too

Is anyone else ever genuinely shocked when you find out you have an impact on someone’s life? A coworker can be like “I’ve missed seeing you” and I’m just like “???? you?? missed me????? My presence has an effect on your daily experience???? I affect things??? W h a t ? ? ?”

when artist consistently draws the same pattern of things for a long time like... Puppies or something.. and then gets interested in skeletons and starts consistently drawing skeletons....

Thats when a lot of people start to really be mean or show entitlement it's clear they view artists as "art dispenser" and not and actual person with a consciousness that flows like a river. It's like they think the art machine is broken and it used to give me puppy art but it's broken now and I get skeleton art so someone should fix it ?

People go through phases of things they like sometimes people really are into something for years and then they're into something else for years and then they go back to the old thing for a week and then they do something else again

Artists aren't brands they aren't corporations you aren't consuming them ... They're human people and they're trying to connect or get thoughts out or any number of reasons to create and share things and a lot of artists aren't even interested in making money off it..
