Anyone around who could help me fix my laptop (via teamviewer)?

The laptop starts freezing at random times. [insert Gru freeze-frame gif here]

I’ve tried several anti-virus programs but it still doesn’t do the trick. The most troubling freeze happens when I start any kind of video player. I’m 99% sure it’s a software issue.

Maybe someone could take a look at it, someone who’s got a clue about computers. :-/

I’d really appreciate the help.

Important

Does anyone have a Windows10 recovery file for me!? I didn’t make a backup copy of it and I can’t fix my computer without it. If I do, I’ll lose all my data, which includes all pictures and videos of my daughter. I can’t have this happen.

Please help me. I’m really lost here. :(
