Once I was auditioning for this short film and on my cover letter I wrote (truthfully): “I saw the tumblr writing prompt this film is based off of. I think I wrote a Solangelo fanfic of it when I was 14. It was poorly written but that’s what happens when you’re writing fanfiction at 14. All this to say, I am very interested in your project. I dreamed last night that with the new PJO tv show, PJO fic got really popular and that included my old Solangelo oneshots. And someone confronted me in the store saying ‘hey have you seen these oneshots some of them are kinda good but most are very cringe’ and they were mine 😭😭😭

I think the Solangelo ‘Orpheus and Eurydice’ thing is probably just referring to how getting Bob out of Tartarus will be like Orpheus rescuing Eurydice. I’m definitely not going to read a book about Nico and Will because I don’t trust sequels but I doubt they would break up, especially if they’re the main characters.

Can’t wait for the end of trials of apollo when nico tells will he loves him and falls back into superhell

I didn’t get why people defended ships so intensely until someone today told me Solangelo was abusive and now I’m like... oh... I get it...

Trans Solangelo Headcanons

* Reyna found out Nico was trans during the Athena Parthenos mission, when everyone saw Nico’s memories

* Will ran away to camp when he was young because his mom was transphobic

* Nico has bad dysphoria days

* Since Will doesn’t have much body dyphoria, he can’t relate well, but he’s always there.

* When Will finds out Nico’s also trans, he says, “You and me, two trans guys, who go on adventures and fight crime. Until-plot twist- they fall in love."

* When Will’s on his period he gets REALLY snarky

* Like, worse than Percy and Magnus combined

* “Hey, Will, do you guys have a bathroom?” “No, we pee in the woods like wild animals.” “Will!”

* All of Nico’s binders are black because he wants to be edgy
