please dont let this website make you think its okay to barely sleep at all, its often joked about on here but in reality it can seriously affect your health, i know its not always possible but please try and get a decent amount of sleep whenever you can, and remember to look after yourselves okay thank you~
#I am a HUGE supporter#of getting enough sleep#for four months during my first year at Uni#I averaged about 3 hours on weekdays#and I usually just passed out on my table while studying/doing homework#I honestly don't remember those months#I lost so much weight and my friends were scared for me#if that had kept up I honestly might have died/killed myself#suicide mention#sorry#so now I can handle one or two sleepless nights but I refuse#to be like that anymore#it's not good for you#NAPS ARE YOUR FRIENDS#psa#signal boost
