the character I forgot: I guess I’ll just stand over here and wait
Therapist: "You should share your feelings more with others."
Me: "Good call."
Me, to other person: "I am anxious about X, Y, Z."
Person: "Have you tried being anxious about A, B, C?"
Me: "Oh no."
*is now anxious about the entire alphabet*
